Driving Directions From Salt Lake City

(approx. 35 minutes from Salt Lake City Airport)

  • I-80 Eastbound from Salt Lake City.
  • Exit #150 (Tollgate Canyon)

  • Turn left at the exit & cross over to north side of freeway.
    Go up the canyon road 3.5 miles.
  • Keep left on Tollgate Road as you start up the canyon. (see photo)

  • Follow the road 3.5 miles until you get to Bobcat Springs.
    Keep to the right at Bobcat Springs on Arapaho Drive.
  • Go 1/3 mile on Arapaho Drive.
    Our cabin is the 3rd cabin on the right.
  • 1857 West Arapaho Drive.
    The address is on the electric meter box at the top of the driveway.

High Mountain Rental Cabin with Spectacular Views

The property includes 2 cabins. The 4,000 sq. ft. Main Cabin was built in 2007 and it located at the 8,000 foot level in the Wasatch Mountains near Park City, Utah. 220' of covered decking wraps around the entire cabin offering spectacular views. The deck has seating and tables for about 30 people.

Park City Rental CabinAlso on the property is a 900 sq. ft. Bunk House that can be used in the warmer half of the year. The bunk house sleeps 10 with 2 queen beds in the loft and 3 pairs of bunk beds on the main floor.

The main cabin is 3 levels that include a game area and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroomin the upper level, a commons area on the main floor with a spacious master bedroom, dining area and kitchen and 1 bathroom. The lower level has a projection theater, snack bar, air hockey, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

A full sized sand volleyball court is nestled in the quakies below the bunk house.

About $50,000 of additions and improvements were completed in the fall of 2011. The children's playground will be completed in the Spring of 2012.

Owner's Information:

Hi, we are Jim and Linda Silver. We have lived in Utah all our lives. We sold our business in 2010 and looked for a second home we could buy to accommodate our large family (5 married children and 12 grandchildren). We wanted some place our family could gather and not be crowded. We fell in love with this property and spent several months making improvements and modifications to make this the perfect getaway for our family. We enjoy spending time here whether is the whole family or just a quiet getaway for the two of us.
